Sydney: OHM NSW is organising Karkkidaka Vavu bali for all devotees in NSW on the Amavasi day of Karkkidaka masam(31 July 19) at Satyam Ghat, Haigh Park(On the banks of Georges River) Bridges St Moorebank 2170. Karkkidaka Vavu Bali is ritual performed to appease the departed souls of the ancestors. It is believed that the ancestor’s soul attain ‘moksha’ when ‘Vavu Bali’ is offered.
